Shihandai Volodymyr Snyegir'ov Shihandai Snyegir'ov serves as Branch Chief and Country Representative of the Ukraine in the Phoenix Karatedo Association. He is the Chairman of Ukrainian Executive Council. He began studying Martial Arts at the age of 16. Snyegir'ov received his Yondan at the Special Gashuku in November 4, 2000. His Goshin Jitsu is very hard and his Kumite is strong. He also enjoys Kata. He received a degree as a doctor's assistant from Nikopol's Medical College in 1986, and went on to become a coach at the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Physical Culture and Sport in 1993. He enjoys philosophy, reading about Martial Arts, management and military history in his free time.
