Sempai Pavel Dolguruk Sempai Dolguruk received his Nidan in November 4, 2000. He began his training in Sensei Volodymyr Snyegir'ov's Dnepropetrovsk City class in 1991. He serves as the Chairman of Marganets Phoenix Karatedo Federation. Sempai Pavel has won many Kumite tournaments and his Kumite is very hard and strong. After studying in the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Physical Culture and Sport, where he was named a coach in 1996, he went on to graduate from the Krivorozshskaya School of Militia in 1998. He graduated from the Ukraine's Institute of Ministry Internal Affairs as a lawyer. He also works as an officer in the Marganets Militia, where he is an instructor in hand-to-hand combat. In his free time, Sempai Dolguruk enjoys both soccer and the Martial Arts.
