Sempai Innocent Bagamba Sempai Bagamba received his shodan during Summer Camp 2000. Sempai Bagamba currently serves as Branch Chief and Country Representative for Rwanda, Africa. He is the chief instructor of the Kigali Dojo, which was opened in May, 2001 during a special Gassuku in Rwanda with Shihan Soller and Sensei Melanson from the USA. Known for his exceptional spirit and communication skills, Sempai trained at the Phoenix Hombu for four years before returning to Rwanda. Sempai has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. He enjoys politics, soccer and meeting new people.
