Sempai Barbara Rellahan

Sempai Rellahan received her Shodan at the Summer Gashuku 2002. She has an M.S. in cell biology from the University of Cincinnati and a doctoral degree in immunology from the University of Connecticut. She currently is a Staff Scientist with the Food and Drug Administration in Bethesda, MD.

Sempai Rellahan trains at the Rockville Dojo. She is an avid runner and organizes races for the Team Phoenix runners group. She has two children.
